If you are not entirely satisfied with Service, we're here to help.

All refunds are processed into the original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days. Kindly read the below guidelines for availing refund.

1. The following services are under NO refund policy

-  ABA Therapy , Occupational Therapy, Speech therapy, e-learning, Home program, Parental guidance & Counselling

2. However you can adjust the amount towards other services/programs for child/parents run by undergoing a proper evaluation process, a request for the same needs to be made in writing.

3. The remaining amount can be adjusted towards resources/ materials that can benefit the child.

4. If a session is cancelled on the same day, it will be charged

5. Time change request can be made to the assigned therapist/psychologist once in a month in advance, depending on the availability of the slots

6. Refund can be initiated by proper approval, incase of
a. Non availability of therapists for longer duration more than a month
b. Any loss or severe illness to the child, with medical documents by competent authority
c. Discontinuation of any particular program by TheraOn
d. Not required to the child anymore, recommendations by clinical team

 

Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:

Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy and will be mentioned during signing of documents

Cancellation Policy 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty of sessions slot .

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [24 hours] prior to your appointment.
